Nikole Cassin
Privacy policy
Plain English: what I collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get it changed or deleted.
Last updated 2 November 2026.
Who this covers
This policy covers this website (nikolecassin.com.au, also reachable at nikcassin.mykajabi.com), the "What's your armour?" quiz, my emails, and anything you buy from me, such as the Armour Off Starter Kit. "I", "me" and "we" mean Nikole Cassin.
I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What I collect
- When you take the quiz: your first name, your email address and your quiz result (which of the four armours came out on top). Your individual answers are worked out in your browser and aren't sent to me.
- When you buy something: your name, email address, billing details and what you bought. Card payments are processed by Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe). I never see or store your full card number.
- When you email me: whatever you choose to include.
- When you use the site: standard technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
The quiz is about leadership habits. It isn't a psychological or health assessment, and I don't ask for health information. Please don't send me sensitive information you don't want me to hold.
Why I collect it
- To send you your quiz result and the emails you signed up for.
- To deliver what you buy, give you access to it, and handle refunds and support.
- To tell you about my programs and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
- To understand what's working on the site and in my ads, so I can improve them.
- To meet my legal obligations, such as tax and record-keeping.
I don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising
This site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel. The Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits a page, completes the quiz or buys something. I use that to measure my ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited, and to people similar to them.
Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work properly without cookies.
Who else handles your information
I use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they handle your information on my behalf:
- Kajabi: website, quiz forms, email, course access and checkout
- Stripe (through Kajabi Payments): card payments
- Meta: advertising and the Meta Pixel
- My accountant and professional advisers, where needed
Some of these providers store data overseas, mainly in the United States. I choose providers that protect personal information to a standard I'm comfortable with, but by using this site you understand your information may be held outside Australia.
I may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How I keep it safe
Your information is stored on the secure systems of the providers above. Access is limited to me and anyone who works with me on the business. I keep it only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing me. I'll respond within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
Email me at nik@nikolecassin.com.au. I'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
Leadership education, not therapy or medical advice.
