For years, I ran at full speed, trying to hold everything together: teams, clients, compliance, cash flow, and culture. I thought working harder meant leading better.
It didn’t.

After a failed merger, tax debts, and burnout that nearly broke me, I rebuilt from the ground up — and I built differently this time. I created a lean, empowered team who run a well-oiled machine, while I lead from strategy, not survival.

Now, I help NDIS founders do the same — step out of the daily grind, structure their operations, and reclaim the energy and freedom they started this journey for.
